JPG to PDF: Terms of use
Effective September 29, 2026These terms cover your use of the JPG to PDF app, made by Minigamr LLC (we, us). By using the app you agree to them.
Your license
The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), found at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms add to that agreement. If the two ever disagree, Apple's EULA applies.
What the app does
The app turns JPG, PNG and HEIC images you pick into a PDF on your phone. You can put the pages in order, rotate or remove them, choose the page size, margins and quality, and share the PDF or save it to Files.
When you are signed in to iCloud, the app can keep your PDFs in your iCloud Drive. You can turn this off in the app's Settings.
Your content
Your photos and PDFs stay yours. We claim no rights to them and never receive them.
You are responsible for the photos you convert and the PDFs you share, and for having the right to use them. Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
Subscriptions and purchases
- The app offers weekly and yearly subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The next period is charged within the 24 hours before the current one ends.
- To cancel, open your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews.
Refunds
All payments go through Apple, so we cannot give refunds ourselves. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Use at your own risk
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. You use it at your own risk. Keep your own copies of important documents.
As far as the law allows, Minigamr LLC is not liable for damage to your device, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss from using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Utah, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version applies once it is in the app with a new effective date.
